Qualifications:
- Must be licensed in Montana, planning to sit for State of Montana Bar, or transfer a UBE score to Montana, with continued employment contingent upon obtaining a license to practice within six (6) months.
- Have a J.D. from an accredited institution.
- Must be willing to travel to main law practice location in Lewistown, Montana on mutually agreed upon dates.
- Preferred 2 years experience but willing to talk with new graduates or soon to be graduates.
The attorney will be a peer to the existing law partners and will provide the independent management of clients and caseload while maintaining a collaborative team environment. Areas of practice include civil and estate law. The position is eligible for partner status after 2 years of service with the firm.
